This dataset contains information on Special Assessment code enforcement fees collected by the city for violations of the city code. Special Assessment fees are assessed against the property where the violation occurred and are collected as a lien on the property. This dataset covers a period of 2 weeks and beyond. The data is collected by the city's code enforcement department . Types of violations with fees recorded are for general code enforcement violations as well as for vacant structures and dangerous buildings.
